How to remove submit button when PO is creating..
You can achieve this using workflow to remove the submit button triggered by conditions you set.
1. Go to customization > workflow>new
2. give it a name. Under record type pick transaction , subtype pick purchase order.
3. Pick the event definition that is for your scenario whether its on creation of the PO or when user is viewing/updating it
Save it.
4. Create a new state. Create a new action. Choose remove button
5. Set the condition for when the button should be removed.
