RE: How to Create a Custom Administrator Role
Hi, I need to create a custom role with all the permission that a standard administrator role has. Which standard role should I customize, since the standard administrator role can’t be customized? Which role is the closest to administrator?
There used to be a Full Access role which was pretty close, but I believe they deprecated that in 2019.1 in favor of the Core Administration permission. S/b something in the current release notes about it. See “Core Administration Permissions” SA Answer Id: 82465 as well. If that’s not to your liking I’d go with whatever base role has the Classic Center type and then just add all the other permissions you need onto that.
