RE: Excel Web Query – Not working
When I try and open an Excel Web Query from a report, after putting in my email address(I am the author of the report), I get an error message saying ‘Unable to Open’ with further information then ‘Cannot download the information you requested’. I have search for help online but have not found anything.
Anybody know what I am missing?
Looking for the same answer. It seems like a permission issue because it was working on an account that has admin role, but not one without. But then added admin role to the one that wasn’t work and had the same issue. Looking online people do suggest it is case sensitive, but doesn’t affect my issue.
