RE: Enabling Multi Subsidiary Customer
We recently acquired another business and are in the process of adding an additional subsidiary to NetSuite for the first time. We will need to bill the same customers under our existing company as well as the new subsidiary. It appears that in order to do this we will need to enable Multi Subsidiary Customer. The alternative, which I don’t think we want, is to have two records for the same customer, with each assigned to a different subsidiary.
Does anyone know of another solution?
Has anyone experienced issues after enabling Multi Subsidiary Customer?
Hey there once you enable multi subsidiary customer feature the system allows users to tag multiple subsidaries to customers, In my implementaions I have never faced any issues after enabling this feature.
