RE: Employee Activity Report/Search

We want to capture the phone calls, email, tasks, events, and other Notes that ALL of our employees. We had started with the Sales Activities report but it doesn’t capture any activities that are not related to customers.

We have created individual searches for the various activities but cannot figure out how to get all the activities into one search and/or report.

Any suggestions?

You are right, getting all of those into one page/search is not possible with base functionality.


The only thing I can think of is scripting a custom search/page that would show all of the results you need.
