RE: Email is not being sent when attempting to “forget password” on the webstore
Hi,
I received several cases where a customer is on the webstore and on the login screen they click on “forget password” and type in the email on the next screen.
After that they are supposed to received an email but some of the customer are not getting the email.
We tried confirming email, checking spam, waiting a few minutes but nothing…
Does anyone one know what may prevent some users from receiving the email?

After checking “Sent Email List” we saw that the email is being sent and we now thing the user may have a firewall or something blocking the email to go through.
