RE: Edit is Grayed out on Item Receipt

Hi – we have a user (Accountant role) who needs to edit an Item Receipt from an Inbound PO. The Edit button is not appearing  – she has Full access to Transactions/Item Receipt as well as Purchase Orders. What needs to be given to her in order to do this?

The period is still open -all seems fine expect for that – PS the Edit is there for Admin role.

Check for workflows running that restrict roles or user from edit
