RE: CUSTOMER CENTER LOGIN PAGE
I have created a new Customer Center role for our b2b site called SC Customer Center, that I would like to set the CUSTOMER CENTER LOGIN (Setup>Company>General Preferences) to be set as our default b2b login url.
This way the “Log in as customer” Preview, will bypass the default customer center as we’d like to drive all customers with this role to the b2b site only and not the default Customer Center Login page.
Any thoughts on how to accomplish this?
I had already completed that portion, but the issue is that I am trying to bypass the default email template that is sent out when checking the “SEND NOTIFICATION EMAIL” or “NOTIFY” boxes. It is currently sending out the default Customer Center Access email, even though I have tried customizing that particular email template. Do you know of a way to change or specify the email template that is referenced when checking those boxes?
