I’m not sure I’m fully following your question, but it sounds like you are trying to import Cash Sales with multiple items, and expecting a separate sublist mapping for each item line (on the right side) in NetSuite. That’s not how it works. You only map the sublist fields once and then you can have multiple items in your import file.  You need to make sure that all the lines are linked together with an External ID (that you also need to map).  Doesn’t matter what it is, just has to be unique across transactions.  So for example, if you were importing a cash sale with two items, you’d have two lines on your file, each with External ID of let’s say 123, and then for the items, rate, etc. columns you’d have the different item, rate, etc. values.  Hope that helps!
