Can we apply suitepromotions in netsuite without a coupon code ? A promotion that applies the discount automatically when a certain condition is met ? for example when an order contains a specific item , a promotion is applied automatically that applies a discount to the order equivalent to the price of the item on which promotion was applied.
Can we apply a custom discount as well as promotion at the same time in an order in netsuite ?

Hi Ahmed,
- We cannot apply a promotion without coupon code as coupon code is a mandatory field while creating a promotion.
- Yes, you can create a discount item with discount rate of 100 % and then create an order specific promotion which can be automatically applied to specific items if the Minimum order criteria is met.
