RE: Can bundle be removed after installation by the bundle provider ?
Can any installed bundle be removed by the bundle provider without the administrator manually uninstalling a bundle himself from an account ? is it possible for bundle developer to manipulate installed copy of the bundle in any way without the consent of the administrator ?

If the bundle is a managed bundle then it can and will be updated by the distributor without the consent of an administrator. You agree to this when the bundle is first installed.
However, I don’t think it can be removed but I’m not 100% sure about that now I come to think about it.
