RE: Anyone knows how to enable users to delete “User Notes” created by other users without Administrator role?

I am trying to give our Support Manager the ability to delete notes created by their subordinates where necessary.

On the role setup there is a permission called Notes Tab under the List section. You can set it to Full to allow them to delete but it would apply to all user notes I believe.

I have tested this and unfortunately this didn’t work.

That permission allows them to delete their own notes, but not others.
