RE: AI Based Leases / Fixed Asset Tool
Hi everyone, I’m an accountant currently building a cloud based platform that uses AI to perform lease abstraction, maintain lease schedules, and prepare the journal entries at month-end (IFRS 16 and ASC 842). The tool integrates with NetSuite and Quickbooks. I’m looking to gather some feedback to help improve our initial prototype and idea. Netgain already have a product called Netlease to handle this – pretty mature product
