RE: Administrator – No HR/Employee Access Role -> unable to preform basic admin tasks
Has anyone used the ‘Administrator – No HR/Employee Access” role? I can’t find a way to complete basic tasks such as resetting users passwords or unlocking their accounts.
I’d love to hear if anyone has been able to use this role for NetSuite administrators at their company (instead of the actual admin role) and what customizations or workarounds they have accepted.
Have you tried assigning the “Reset Password” and “Unlock User” permissions to the “Administrator – No HR/Employee Access” role?
