Budget in Suitescript
Hi All,
How Can I write a userevent script to Budget record type ?
Or How Can I create a budget in Suitescript ?
I can’t find the budget record type in record browser or SuiteScript Records Guide ?
I’m trying to disable all the field in Budget for all users that are not Administrators or budget Controller ?
Scripting and customization of Budgets is not supported in any way at this time.
So I created a Suitescript to SuiteTalk Library specifically to solve this issue once as suitetalk can interact with budgets. It was very ad hoc and not recommended and It is in 1.0 and needed various google libraries for token authentication. Unless this is an absolute necessity i’d recommend going a different route
can we bump this and request to make budget records available for suitescript? it’s ridiculous to have to funnel this activity through suitetalk
