Hard-Coded URLs in Customer Center?
Our Customer Center is currently useless, because when a customer logs in and tries to make a change to address or payment information, the Center generates a link error (“This system.XX.netsuite.com page can’t be found”, where XX is NA14 or another server no longer addressable by name).
NetSuite acknowledges the defect but put no timetable on a fix. Annoying to be paying so much for a product that doesn’t work for our customers. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any fixes?
