It looks like you’re encountering a Null Error when trying to print the Bill Payment form, specifically with the customized brand name and date fields. The issue seems to stem from a discrepancy between where you’re fetching these values from in your SuiteScript (in this case, SL_BillPaymentPDF.js).

Here’s a step-by-step approach to resolve the issue:

  1. Verify Field References: Double-check that you’re referencing the brand name and date fields correctly in your SuiteScript. Since these fields are at the body level, ensure that you are retrieving them from the appropriate context.
  2. Check Field Path: Ensure that you are using the correct paths to access these fields. If these fields are custom, verify their internal IDs or field IDs to ensure you’re accessing them correctly in your script.
  3. Script Debugging: Add debugging statements or logs in your SuiteScript to confirm that you are correctly retrieving the values from the body of the Bill Payment form. This will help you identify if the values are indeed null or if there’s an issue with how they are being accessed.
  4. SuiteScript Documentation: Review the SuiteScript documentation related to accessing body-level fields in Suitelets. There might be specific methods or practices to follow to ensure these fields are fetched correctly.
  5. Code Review: Examine your existing script (SL_BillPaymentPDF.js) to see if the values for brand name and date are being set or retrieved correctly. Ensure you are not mistakenly fetching these values from line-level instead of body-level.
  6. NetSuite Support: If you continue to experience issues, consider reaching out to NetSuite support for further assistance. They might be able to provide additional insights or guidance based on your specific setup.
