RE: help with purchase orders
I am wondering if there is any way to tie all purchase orders (that have been received on that day) into a viewable list. Line by line with all the products that came in that day. I’ve been poking around and haven’t been able to find any solutions to what should be a simple solution. For example: 2 different PO’s received in one day with a total of 8 line items. Does anyone know if this is possible? thanks for any and all input
Have you tried creating a saved search for item receipts with date created criteria as today?
I have looked into it but item receipts isnt an option in my dropdown menu. Also this is only day 3 of me using this software. Any tips and tricks to help me are greatly appreciated.
Make a transaction saved search,
Criteria:
Type – Item Receipt
Date Created – Today
Results
Item
Quantity
Created From
I appreciate the help. I’m gonna poke around and getting this figured out hopefully before the weekend. So the purpose of getting all of this information is so that it can be emailed to the entire sales team. That way they know what physically came in for the day. If a customer is or has been waiting for a certain part or product to come in the sales team will be able to see a “manifest” of what is here or what hasn’t shown up yet. There are about 20 different fields to enter the information into. Once again any and all help or pointers or tips are more than welcome. Thanks NS-Tim
