Our sales reps get paid on the total amount of the transaction before tax and shipping, which is the subtotal. I don’t have that option to select on a saved search. I must be missing something here. I know I can subtract using a formula but ‘subtotal’ has got to be in there somewhere.
Nope, subtotal field not available in transaction saved searches. Like you said, use a formula field to subtract out tax and shipping from the amount.
