RE: Customer View is not showing
I have a user with a shortcut to a Customer View which does not appear for others in the drop down View list. How can I find it and add it to the View list?

When the user created that view he/she clicking on the “Customise View” button. In order to share it with other users another step is required. You need to ask that user to click on the button “More Option” and save that view as a saved search. Then as administrator you should be able to find that saved search and share it with the other users according to your audience requirements.
