Module Does not Exist when Installing and run Tim’s Suitelet (SuiteQL script)

I have followed Tim’s instructions for installing (https://rmnsug.files.wordpress.com/2020/09/2020.9.16-tips-tricks-suiteql-1.pdf) but I was still having this error when accessing the page

We have also suiteanalytics workbook enabled as Tim said  as requirement
