Have you encountered volume limits in terms of the number of jobs open.  We are working on getting set up, but they were struggling to bring over 4,000 tasks  through the API.  We ended up having to send them a file for them to consume manually in hopes that the daily transactions are fine.  I’m nervous that we’ll get it rolling & blow up due to volume in a month or so.

We haven’t run into volume limits. We currently process ~150 employees on salary & hourly so not a huge number

Are you just using payroll – or are you attaching time to jobs & passing that time as well?

Okay thanks.  We’re using it for payroll, but are trying to add job time tracking.

Has anyone been able to enable the multigroup linkage feature in Novatime when passing groups? and have any of you been able to send rates through the API?
