What is the best way to pull a report for all customers who have not purchase from our company in the past 6 months?

Create a Customer search with…

Criteria > Standard:

  • Transaction : Type is Sales Order

Criteria > Summary:

  • Maximum( Transaction : Date ) is before 6 months ago. (using relative time)

Results:

  • Group( Name )
  • Any other fields you want…
