Replacement for NetSuite for Outlook
We have been using NetSuite for Outlook for a number of years, and are aware that Oracle is no longer supporting the integration.
We also have a number of activity reports that include email activity. Recently, those reports started displaying the emails pushed into NetSuite via NetSuite for Outlook with embedded HTML. If we send the email as plain text, there is less HTML, but still enough to be difficult to read. I have called NetSuite support and have been told they are aware of the displaying as HTML issue, and it is in the blacklog. However, they are considering this a NetSuite for Outlook issue, which is not supported.
Does anyone have experience with other Outlook <–> NetSuite connecotrs? Do you have the embedded HTML issue when viewing with activity reports?

I have been using Cloudextend by Celigo myself and on a number of client sites and it does a really good job. Well worth a look. I can’t speak on the activity reports but worth a look. They do a trial and its not that excessive in price
