NetSuite Password Reset Failure in Your Account alert

Hello All,

Is there any way to stop receiving this message

“NetSuite Password Reset Failure in Your Account”

This user has failed 20 consecutive password reset attempts and must contact you or NetSuite Customer Support in order to regain access to NetSuite.

This just sounds like you need to contact the user and work with them to reset their NetSuite password, assuming you are the environment administrator.

For me as administrator I need to stop receiving this annoying msg into my email, how can I accomplish this
