NAW workflow error

While syncing bills to NetSuite using SuiteTalk API, we get an error:

“Permission Violation: You need a higher permission for custom record type NAW workflow exceptions to access this page. Please contact your account administrator”

Is anyone familiar with NAW workflow, and how do we add to the integration a permission for the workflow ?

Hi,

It’s a custom record so likely relates to a bundle or is specific to your account. In any case, you’ll want to edit the role in question and then:

  • Navigate to the Permissions tab.
  • Open the Custom Record subtab.
  • Add that record to the list and select a level.
