subsidiary = new RecordRef { internalId = “1” },
category = new RecordRef { internalId = “4” },
budgetType = new BudgetBudgetType(),

//new BudgetBudgetType(),
//new BudgetBudgetType { “_local” },
currency = new RecordRef { internalId = “1” },
periodAmount1 = 1,
amount = 1,
accountingBook = new RecordRef { internalId = “1” },

// accountingBook = new RecordRef { internalId = accountingBook_internalid },
// amount = amount_,
// category = new RecordRef { internalId = category_internalid },
// @class = new RecordRef { internalId = class_internalid },
// // currency = new RecordRef { internalId = currency_internalid },
// // customer = new RecordRef { internalId = customer_internalid },

};
WriteResponse response = Client.Service.add(BudgetRec);
