How to customize the fulfillment email.

Trying to add some fields to the fulfillment email and I’m doing this in the Setup > Accounting > Preferences > Customize Fulfillment Email section.  However, when I add what I want in the “customization” box, it won’t allow me to save.  When I press the Save button nothing happens.  What gives?
