Get rid of CTA balance at the Consolidated BS
We need to send month end close data to our parent company , who use Oracle. They upload subsidiary level TB into Oracle and then run consolidation in Oracle. Their Consolidated report does not tie with our NetSuite Consol report because NS will by default post an CTA entry for rate differences.
We use Historical rate for Equity accounts, whereas in Oracle they are using Current rate. We made impacted accounts balances to zero , but still when we run BS at Consolidated Parent level CTA amounts still show up.
When we contacted NS support we did not get much help. NS identified this as an Enhancement.
Had someone faced similar issue ? If so any workaround suggestions?
