Field Unavailable

Hey guys, i need some help. I have two users who are both admins, one can see a field on the make deport form and the other cannot. The field is a standard accounting payment methods list so there’s no specific user selection… Anyone know how this might happen? It’s the same form and I don’t have any workflows or scripts that are editing my user permissions…

Turns out the field that I was trying to get added for my user was a filter on the customize section on her personal account.
