Cart Abandonment Search Filtered By Highest Profit Brand

This is a bit of a long shot as I have spoke to premier support and they can’t think of a way to do it but thought worth asking here on the off chance!

Basically, what I am trying to do is create a saved search for abandoned baskets so we can mail them a special offer to get them to convert. We want this to be as personalised as possible and due to our product range it is very important to target them with the correct brand.

When pulling the data into a saved search I can get it to return the name, address, etc. as well as the brand of the product in their basket and the estimated profit. However if they have more than one brand in their basket it means that they would appear twice, e.g. once for Marvel and another for Disney.

Ideally what I would like to be able to do it look at which brand has the highest profit and only show that particular line as the final aim for this is to be an automated saved search that will send to our mailing house on a daily basis so the more automated it can be the better.

I have tried looking up various formulas but cannot work out a way for it to only show the brand with the highest profit if it is a duplicate customer record.

If anyone has any suggestions on this it would be great to hear, I’ve hit a dead end myself.
