Anybody Have Experience With LightSpeed Retail POS? I need insight!
I have a client that is currently using LightSpeed Retail for their point of sale system in a retail setting; it is integrated to their NetSuite. When we helped them install the system we did our research on it and it appeared to be reliable.
LightSpeed has had multiple system outages since December and the consistency of failures has continued. As you can imagine, having a POS system outage in a retail store is a huge problem.
Have any of you had experience with LightSpeed before and after November of 2019? Do you have any thoughts or insights on the reliability/stability?
