I want to add a custom column to a Support Case record type. I know you can add body fields by creating a new CRM field. Is it possible to add line fields? I don’t see an option anywhere.
Line field for what? Cases don’t have a sublist section, unless you mean secondary linked records types (like time)?
I figured it out. There was some custom work done and they set up a custom record and made it into an effective sublist. Thanks!
