Workflow not working in NetSuite for mobile app and preventing expense submission via the app
Hi,
We have set up a workflow to trigger the auto population of a field on our expense form. The workflow works fine in desktop NetSuite and allows expenses to be submitted. However, the workflow doesn’t trigger on the app and nor does it allow an expense to be submitted.
Any advice please?
