Workflow: CC not being sent to recipient using standard field.
I want to be able to use a workflow to send a mail to a specific user whenever a record is being changed (it will go through a quick approval flow).
However, no mails are being delivered when I add the person’s e-mail in the standard field for the CC (recipientccemail).
I can see when I get the mail myself that there is a CC in the header of the thread.
Anyone who has an idea of what I can do to send the e-mail? it’s static so it will always be the same person.
Few thoughts:
– Go to the record itself > system information > workflow history > view the log
– Type page:sent email in global search bar to see the list of emails that are sent in netsuite
– Is the employee active?
– Is the netsuite email on the block list of whatever security/spam filter software the IT team uses or microsoft exchange etc…?
– ask IT team to do a email trace report on the user mailbox to determine if there is anything.
