Why can’t a user see the Sales standard KPI when I can in the same role?
I’m trying to set up a users Customer Dashboard and she doesn’t have Sales as a standard KPI. She’s in a project manager role and if I switch to the same role I’m able to see all the standard KPIs. What other factors will cause some KPIs not to be available (it’s not greyed out or anything, it’s just not there). She does have the Sales (Orders) KPI.
