Weekly Timesheet Memo Disappearing?

I’ve been facing a strange bug where users in our Employee Center cannot enter memos on their Weekly Timesheet. The memo field is available on create and edit, but when they save the record, the memos disappear. This is happening on the Weekly Timesheet form, and I have the memo field set to appear on the line instead of in the pop-out. NetSuite support hasn’t been much help, unfortunately. Does anyone know a resolution, or at least seen this issue before?

Hi Shanker,

Can you please check the “Store form with records” checkbox enabled or not in the “Weekly Timesheet form”.
