Vendor Request for Quote Rejection Email

Hello,

Does anyone knows if a rejection email will be send out to the Vendors not selected in a Vendor Request for Quote.

Hi

I am not sure if that is included on the standard RFQ process.  The RFQ seems that it is not supported by Suiteflow and it is not scriptable.

If you need to sent out that email the easier solution would be do a saved search that sends a notification to the vendors who lost the bid and have not been awarded to a purchase contract.

Did try to do that but an RFQ saved search couldn’t link the Vendors who submitted Bid.
But either way, thanks for the help 🙂
