USE NS_CONCAT & show results in one on a non-summary saved search
Hello,
I am wanting to use concat function in a saved search but show all the results in one line however I am needing this as a non-summary search do allow for editing.
So the search displays all the items from a Item Fulfillment in one column and allows for editing on the IF.
NS_CONCAT only works in a summary search.
you could create a custom field on your IF and populate that with the NS_CONCAT values and then display that field in your search.
Thanks @coffeeGuy. Sorry, i am actually using the CONCAT function which works with non-summary search but is great a new line from each product. Just a learner here, what formula would you then use on the custom field on the IF?
I’m afraid that’s not going to be possible.
Chris
Out of interest, what do you want to edit on the IF?
Hello Chris, This is for marking the orders shipped and adding tracking. Just means the warehouse can see any details, such as address, items shipping with etc and make as shipped on one page rather than using the search and the mark orders shipped page.
