Unexpected Error when Saving Employee
I’m getting unexpected error when saving employees. Only happens with about half my employees. Error persists on both Sandbox and Production, and with UI and SuiteScript. Nothing deployed or any workflows running. I can’t see anything in common about the employees that fail on save. Anyone else?
Nothing here. I’d contact support so they can analyze the logs when you are saving those records.
I have a ticket in already, was just wondering if anyone else is getting the same thing. They are estimated several weeks for a fix which is obviously not acceptable.
Anyone modifying custom fields or forms recently?
If you turn off the scripts, does the error still persist? If yes, then there’s probably something wrong with the scripts deployed on your employee record. I agree with one of the comments above, better reach out with customer support to help you with debugging the issue.
