Hi All

 

Is it possible for User to Unapprove Sales Invoice accidentally Approved?

Only if the user has permissions otherwise they get in touch with their finance team who would have access.

Thanks for reply.  We tried even Administrator cannot do it with workflow.

If its done through a workflow then the user still needs permissions (Sales Approval etc…) to edit the Sales Order and revert the status of it.
