Turn off case notification for one person

Good morning!

One person is receiving case notifications that should not be.  They were formerly in our group, and case notification was desired. Now that this person moved to another we want the notifications to stop.

They are not part of the Static Employee group associated with the case creation, and I am unsure what is triggering the notifications to be sent to this person.

Please advise.
