Translations of custom fields in email templates
I have encounter an issue when translating NetSuite fields into German language.
We have defined a workflow that is sending an email template attached using some of case’s custom fields. These custom fields have translations to German.
While a user that is using German as his system language preferences is submitting a new case – the email is sent with custom fields in German.
Is there a way to define that these fields will be sent only at English, not matter what is the user’s system language preferences?
