Suitescript or Workflow and case management
I am using the default case management however I am building a more unified UI
As part of that I am using suitescript to send email and I want the reply to come back to the original case.
I have tried
- Manipulating the email
I can’t seem to get working
- Merging cases with suitescript or workflow
- Manipulating messages in suitescript or workflow
