suiteQL / is there a jointure table between item and customfield?

Hi there!

Using SuiteQL, I can find some of the item’s custom fields while querying the item table

SELECT * FROM item

...

"custitem10": "1",

"custitem11": "4",

"custitem16": "F",

"custitem19": "T",

...

But I’m actually looking for the Custom Field “CUSTITEM_CUSTOM_ALTIMAGE1” that is tied & set to the specific item I’m retrieving for this example.

Below are the Custom Field description for this field I’m looking for and CUSTITEM19 that is fetched without problem.

Is the fact I can’t fetch the Custom Field “CUSTITEM_CUSTOM_ALTIMAGE1” related to its type “Image”?
Is there a way to get the related information using a jointure table?
The related data exists within the file table – but from file table to item table, there’s this jointure I’m missing …

I hope to be clear enough and to be able to get a solution here 🙏

Ced

SELECT * FROM customfield
