Some record types like Weekly Timesheet doesn’t have pagestyles.nl loaded

Some record types like Weekly Timesheet which is recently added, doesn’t have that pagestyles.nl file loaded.

  1. Is there any method that we can force them to load those style files?
  2.  Is there any method to get the color theme as css-variables?
