Service schedule reporting
We are new users to NetSuite, our service department schedules all work in the system related to customer needs. These needs can range from Installations, Machine commissioning, Preventative Maintenance, Training, Warranty, Value added visits, Breakdowns, and Call backs. We need to see an overview of the work required to be performed in the system so we can schedule it, reschedule based on incomplete work and close out of the system.
What would the best way be to accomplish this with one single search. Below is an example of what we need:
