When sending a Sales Campaign – is the email sent to the Target Group or members in Subscriptions?
How can I create Subscription Lists?
Best way to upload a PDF our marketing team designs and send as a Campaign? Is that an option with native NetSuite?
The campaign will send to the Target Group based on their subscription. The Campaign Subscriptions are under Setup> Marketing> Campaign Subscriptions (Admin navigation). I have not seen a way to upload a PDF for the campaign email templates. I typically see it designed in HTML.
So if I have customer emails in a target group, and a different list of customer emails in a subscription group, and choose both on the line item, which list would the email go to?
Basically the customer would need to be in the target group and Subscribed to the selected subscription to receive the campaign. Check out SuiteAnswer Id: 9410 & 9423 for more on campaign subscriptions.
