Search Bar not working
Anyone else having trouble with their search bar? We’ve tried searching items, contacts, accounts, invoices, everything really and no results are populating. Tried clearing cache and restarting, but still no luck.
Sorry, we don’t have any issues at the moment. I have experienced something similar in the past where NetSuite seems to not be doing the ‘live’ search (i.e. when you type it starts searching) but when you press “Enter” the results populate. Have you tried that?
Thanks. That was our work around. You’re right, it did allow us to still search but after we hit Enter. I put in a case with Netsuite yesterday and thankfully they were able to move it up to U2 and get it fixed same day. We’re all good to go now. Appreciate you reaching out to me.
