saving issue of item record

custom workflow

we did customization in item records through the workflow. customization is like this, In view mode, the item record will be opened in one entry form, and in edit mode, the item record will be opened in another form. but when the workflow enters the item record, workflow triggers 2 times. so we have to press the save button two times. but after that, this error is not happening for the particular item.
